Return & Refund Policy – SN SMART MART
At SN SMART MART, we follow a transparent, product-specific, and fair return & refund policy.
Customers are advised to read the product details carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
- ✔️ Return requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery
- ✔️ Return eligibility depends on the Return / Non-Returnable label mentioned on the product page
- ✔️ Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- ✔️ Original invoice / order ID is mandatory
- ✔️ Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are NOT eligible for return if marked as Non-Returnable on the product page:
- ❌ Toys
Toys are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and damage sensitivity. - ❌ Cosmetics, personal care & hygiene products
- ❌ Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- ❌ Products returned without original packaging or accessories
- ❌ Expired or tampered products
🔔 If a product page clearly mentions “Non-Returnable”, it will not be accepted for return under normal circumstances.
3. Exception: Wrong / Damaged / Dead Products
Even if a product is marked Non-Returnable, return may be accepted only in the following cases:
- ✔️ Wrong product delivered
- ✔️ Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- ✔️ Product is physically damaged during delivery
Mandatory Conditions
- 📹 Customer must provide a clear unboxing video
- 🕒 Return request must be raised on the same day of delivery
- 📦 Product must be returned with original packaging and accessories
Requests raised after the same day or without video proof may not be accepted.
4. Electronics & Digital Gadgets
- Electronics and digital gadgets are generally non-returnable
- Return is accepted only in case of:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Wrong item delivered
- Transit damage (with unboxing video)
Warranty details (if applicable) are clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
5. Return vs Warranty
- Return policy and warranty are different
- Brand warranty (if applicable) is provided by the manufacturer
- Seller warranty (if mentioned) is handled by SN SMART MART
- Warranty does not automatically imply product return
6. How to Request a Return
- Login to My Account → Orders
- Select the eligible order
- Click Request Return
- Choose the reason and submit the request
Return option is visible only for eligible products and within the applicable time window.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
- ✔️ Wrong / damaged / defective product → SN SMART MART bears the return shipping cost
- ❌ Other cases → Customer bears return shipping cost
9. Product-Level Disclosure (Important)
🔔 Return eligibility, non-returnable status, and warranty details are clearly mentioned on individual product pages.
Placing an order means the customer agrees to the product-specific return terms.
10. Final Authority
SN SMART MART reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspection and verification.
