2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products from SN SMART MART.
(Reason: As per Indian contract laws, only adults can enter a legal purchase agreement.)

3. Account & Information

You must provide accurate details (name, phone, address).
Using another person’s details without permission is not allowed.
We may contact you for verification if required.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you receive an acknowledgment email/SMS.
Order acceptance happens only after confirmation by SN SMART MART.
We have the right to cancel any order due to:
- Out-of-stock
- Incorrect pricing
- Invalid address
- Fraud detection

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are mentioned clearly on the website.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods may include UPI, Cards, Net banking, Wallets, COD, etc. (as available on the website).
For prepaid orders, payment must be successful before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver through trusted courier partners (like Delhivery, etc.).
Delivery time varies based on location.
Sometimes delays may happen due to weather, transport issues, or courier problems—SN SMART MART is not responsible for such delays.

7. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

8. Product Quality & Warranty

All products are checked before dispatch.
Some items may have manufacturer warranty; some may have store warranty only.

2. योग्यता (Eligibility)

SN SMART MART से खरीदारी करने के लिए आपकी उम्र कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
(कारण: भारतीय कानून के अनुसार 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के लोग वैध खरीद-फरोख्त अनुबंध नहीं कर सकते।)

3. अकाउंट व जानकारी

आपको सही नाम, पता और मोबाइल नंबर देना आवश्यक है।
किसी और की जानकारी का गलत उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर हम आपकी जानकारी का सत्यापन कर सकते हैं।

4. ऑर्डर व स्वीकृति

ऑर्डर करने पर एक SMS/Email भेजा जाता है।
आपका ऑर्डर तभी स्वीकार किया जाएगा जब SN SMART MART उसकी पुष्टि करेगा।
निम्न कारणों से हम ऑर्डर रद्द कर सकते हैं:
- स्टॉक खत्म
- गलत कीमत
- गलत पता
- धोखाधड़ी की आशंका

5. मूल्य व भुगतान

सभी कीमतें वेबसाइट पर स्पष्ट लिखी होती हैं।
कीमतें बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदल सकती हैं।
भुगतान UPI, कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग, वॉलेट या COD (उपलब्ध विकल्पों) से किया जा सकता है।
प्रीपेड ऑर्डर तभी भेजे जाएंगे जब भुगतान सफल हो।

6. शिपिंग व डिलीवरी

हम भरोसेमंद कुरियर पार्टनर के माध्यम से डिलीवरी करते हैं।
डिलीवरी समय स्थान के अनुसार बदल सकता है।
मौसम, ट्रैफिक या कुरियर देरी के कारण होने वाली देरी के लिए SN SMART MART जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

7. रिटर्न, रिफंड व रिप्लेसमेंट

रिटर्न/रिफंड से जुड़े सभी नियम हमारी

8. प्रोडक्ट क्वालिटी व वारंटी

हर प्रोडक्ट को भेजने से पहले जांचा जाता है।
कई प्रोडक्ट पर निर्माता की वारंटी होती है, कुछ पर स्टोर वारंटी।
वारंटी का प्रकार प्रोडक्ट के अनुसार बदलता है।

9. प्रतिबंधित उपयोग

हमारी वेबसाइट का उपयोग निम्न के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता:

नकली ऑर्डर
धोखाधड़ी
अवैध काम
वेबसाइट सुरक्षा से छेड़छाड़
